Completed GF 1. [ min of 3 pax required to start the class] Learn new workouts and putting workouts together to plan for your gym days for Upper Body and Lower Body. Elevate your routine and progress with the help of an experienced personal trainer.
Cancellation Policy
For the benefit of other members who are in the waiting list, kindly book, cancel or reschedule your session at least 12 hours before the start time. Cancellation Requirements Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class or appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 6 hours before the class or appointment. Class Cancellations by TFP Classes with only 1-2 participants are subject to cancellation. The Fitness Parlour reserves the right to cancel such classes by 8 PM the night before the scheduled session. A minimum of 3 participants is required to start any class. For any emergency cancellation or rescheduling, please drop us an instagram direct message for assistance, subject to validity of emergency. FOR ALL CLASSES We encourage you to bring your own hand towel. No hand towels will be provided. FOR INTRO TO POLE STRONG & POLE STRONG To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines: Attire Clothing Wear biker shorts/shorts & Sportbra or a tank top Skin Care No Lotion or Moisturizer: Avoid using lotion or moisturizer on the day of your class. These products make your skin slippery, reducing your grip on the pole.
