Pole Personal Training

We see you, we feel you. Being stuck in the same pole level or struggling to master that one pole trick can be really tough. Pole practicing the same trick without proper strength can be very demoralizing.

Get the best of both worlds in achieving your pole goals and fitness goals with
 our PT-certified Pole Instructors. Our experienced Pole Instructors will assess and provide you with a personalized cross training program to help you with your pole & fitness gains!
